Was the descent into madness by design?

My real-life world feels so different from my online world right now... and I’m betting yours does, too.

Some folks are pretending everything is fine. Others are frozen in fear.
But here’s the truth: the madness we’re living through didn’t happen overnight. It’s been building for decades -- and now we’re watching the mask slip.

If you’ve been feeling the tension between the crumbling old systems and the quiet rise of something new... this one’s for you.

The Descent into the Madness & A Light at the End of the Tunnel

This isn’t about doom. It’s about clarity... because clarity is how we stay grounded, how we prepare, and how we stop being caught off guard.

If you have anxiety and wonder "How the hell did we get here"- this post is for you.

It’s a historical breakdown of how we got here, what comes next, and how we build the future from the ashes of empire.

No fluff. No fear-mongering. Just truth, grounded in history, and rooted in readiness.

15 Minutes of Fighting Fascism

Our focus this week is junk mail disruption.

We’re sending back empty return envelopes (you know the ones that come with those scammy credit card offers?)... because every envelope they receive costs them money. It’s a small act that disrupts their system just enough to slow them down.

Think of it as magical interference via the U.S. Postal Service.
(And you can decorate them if you want = chaotic good ✨.)

Then, we call our reps - especially this week, as they try to sneak deregulation and dangerous policy into the budget reconciliation bill.

This isn’t just shady. It’s an intentional loophole they’re exploiting, and it’s made possible by the Byrd Rule, which you can learn about my instagram video below

If you do just one thing this week:
Send junk mail + call your reps about the budget.

Then we return to JOY

We weren’t meant to burn ourselves out on broken systems. We were meant to live.
To laugh. To dance. To remember that every generation before us has faced darkness -

and art has always been the medicine.

🎶 So here’s a playlist to keep you rooted in joy: 60s + 70s Rock for the Revolution.

It’s full of that raw, defiant, soul-fed energy that says: We’ve been here before. And we made something beautiful anyway.

Let this be your rhythm:
15 minutes of resistance.
15 hours of creating joy, beauty, art, connection, and calm.

You don’t have to carry the whole world.
You just have to stay awake.
And stay soft.

Sending you lots of love, luck + pixie dust!

Lately, there’s been this heavy hum beneath the surface, a sadness sitting like a fog in our bones. But the deeper I feel into it (and ask you directly)... I’m realizing something big:That sadness? It’s not weakness. It’s rage that never got permission to rise. And today I wanna talk about it. Because ALL emotions are valid... but some are more effective for change than others. NEW ON THE BLOG They Taught You to Cry Instead of Scream. Let’s Change That. I’ve been watching this wave roll through...

I usually love summer so much that I don’t spend a single second of it in anything but pure joy.But this year hits different. I’m tired. Like… soul tired. I don’t know if it’s just me, if it’s the chaos unfolding around us, or if maybe I just need a damn vacation. Either way, it’s reminding me that balance doesn’t come from the world outside. It comes from within. And around here? That means a little rebellion, a lot of rest, and finding the kind of beautiful distractions that soothe the...

This morning I woke up and realized I have been WAY too overstimulated lately. Even though we're in this magical time of year where the birds are singing and the flowers are blooming... I am seeing signs of frazzledness. From seeing the way people act in person to the comment sections online... as the weather gets warmer, we have to be more intentional about keeping our cool - aka staying calm. It's the most important thing we can do for ourselves and each other. So today, I'm sharing these...
