Every day, I live on the corner of practical and magical.
I stir spells into my coffee and understand the science behind why intention works.
I light incense and also know exactly how to throw a punch.
Both matter.
Because magic isn’t about escaping reality — it’s about reshaping it.
It’s not a performance. It’s a practice.
One rooted in knowing that thoughts are energy, and energy creates reality.
That’s not just witchcraft — it’s quantum physics.
(And honestly? It’s probably what your great-grandmother already knew.)
In quantum physics, there’s this beautiful concept called entanglement - where two particles become so connected that a change in one instantly affects the other, no matter how far apart they are.
I like to think that’s how collective thought works.
When we all hold the same intention — justice, healing, protection, truth — we create a kind of energetic web.
And when enough of us believe in that web… it starts to ripple outward.
Not because we cast some epic spell, but because we focused our energy - together.
THE STIRRING SPELL
magic in motion
Which is why I want to share this new Substack post with you. It’s called The Stirring Spell, and it’s about the simplest ritual I know — one you can do right now, without candles or altars or even saying the word “witch.”
Just a spoon. A whisper. And your full-hearted intention to make the world a little better.
