Day Eight of 13 Days of Witchmas

Today is Day Eight of Witchmas, and our theme is Nature’s Magic — Ground + Gratitude.

After a week full of emotion, celebration, connection, and creativity, today is your gentle reminder to step back into your body, breathe a little deeper, and let nature hold you for a moment.

Winter can feel quiet on the surface, but underneath?
Roots are still alive.
The earth is still humming.
The evergreens — these ancient guardians of cold seasons — are still standing tall and vibrant when the rest of the world has gone bare.

So today’s Witchmas gift is one of my favorites:

The Evergreen Grimoire Page
A collection of the magical properties, lore, and energies of pine, cedar, fir, juniper, cypress, and hemlock.
A whole forest of wisdom on a single page.

Evergreens have always been symbols of resilience — the kind of strength that doesn’t roar, but whispers.
Soft strength, enduring strength, the strength to stay rooted even in the dark.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces from the page you’ll see:

Pine — purification and renewal, used in baths and cleansing rituals across cultures
Cedar — protection, sacred wisdom, and creating holy space
Fir — clarity, endurance, and the promise of returning light
Juniper — purification, intuition, and banishing unwanted energy
Cypress — transition, grief, and the doorway between worlds
Hemlock — boundaries, discernment, and transformation

Each tree carries a different kind of medicine — and depending on what you’re moving through, you may feel pulled toward one more than the others.

Use this grimoire page however you want:

🌲 Print it for your grimoire or journal
🌲 Tape it to your altar
🌲 Use it as inspiration for a winter ritual
🌲 Bring it with you on a nature walk
🌲 Keep it nearby as a reminder that you're stronger than you feel

And if you want a tiny ritual for today, here’s one:

A Nature’s Breath Ritual

  • Step outside, even for 30 seconds
  • Find an evergreen, or simply look toward the horizon
  • Breathe in slowly and imagine the strength of winter trees flowing into you
  • Exhale and release whatever you’ve been carrying that isn’t yours

You don’t have to be in the woods for magic to work. The earth meets you wherever you are.

Happy Witchmas Day 8! May today root you, steady you, and remind you that even in the quiet seasons, you are growing.

Love you.
Mean it.
Big time.

It’s Day 12 of Witchmas, which is our day for Divination & Dreaming — Vision + Intuition. This is the moment in our 13-day journey where we shift from looking back… to looking forward. Where we soften into possibility. Where we ask the deeper question: “What is the version of me I’m ready to grow into next year?” And that is exactly why today’s gift is something incredibly special — something I normally reserve for my members in Soft Life Society: ✨ My full Vision Board Workshop — FREE today...
